Our goal is to reduce or remove behaviours of concern by understanding the function of behaviour, reducing risk of harm, and strengthening quality of life.
This includes
• identifying triggers and early signs
• building safer, more effective replacement skills
• supporting consistent responses across the care team
• monitoring progress using clear, measurable outcomes
Services:
We support participants with diverse support needs and life experiences. Our approach is neuro affirming and person centred, recognising that behaviour is communication and that support should be tailored to the individual. We focus on each participant’s strengths, interests, communication style, sensory needs and goals.
We support participants across a range of ages and use an intake process to confirm suitability and fit, ensuring support aligns with the participant’s preferences, values and everyday environments.
• NDIS Behaviour Support under Improved Relationships
• Telehealth and face to face options depending on location and preference
• Collaboration with families, support workers and allied health teams is important
• We work with the participant, family and team to develop a care structure that works for everyone

We uphold each participant’s rights, dignity and autonomy, and support choice and control in everyday life.

We respect each person’s communication, sensory needs, identity and preferences, and tailor support to what works for them.

We set clear goals, track progress with data and adjust supports based on what the information shows, so outcomes are meaningful and transparent.

We use functional assessment and evidence informed strategies to understand why behaviour occurs and respond effectively.

We respect each person’s communication, sensory needs, identity and preferences, and tailor support to what works for them.

We work closely with participants, families, support workers and allied health so strategies are clear, consistent and realistic across settings.
This can be done by email or by using the referral form via the button.
