Michaela

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, Michaela provides Positive Behaviour Support that is neuro affirming, person centred and outcomes focused. She works with participants, families and care teams to understand why behaviours of concern are occurring and what helps, then develops practical strategies that reduce risk of harm, support safer routines and strengthen everyday participation and quality of life. Michaela is experienced in completing functional behaviour assessments, writing clear and usable Behaviour Support Plans, and delivering practical staff training so strategies are implemented consistently. Her approach is collaborative and strengths based, with a focus on measurable goals, skill building and supporting teams to respond early and effectively across home, community and formal support settings.

Rachael

Rachael is LINKDco’s Head of Operations and supports the delivery of respite services. She helps coordinate safe, consistent and person centred respite that reflects each participant’s strengths, interests and preferences, with a focus on wellbeing, dignity and meaningful participation.

Rachael holds a Certificate IV in Disability and a Diploma of Event Management. She has completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module and Infection Control Module 5, and maintains current First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification. Rachael also holds a Working With Children Check and Police Check to support safe, respectful practice.
